City of Heroes/Villains is designed by Cryptic Studios and published/supported by NCSoft.

I am speechless at the accusation that CoH has crap graphics, though. I mean, wow. I can understand those other criticisms, but CoH has never ever looked like crap.

compared to guildwars its terrible!.. honestly I got a 14 day free acount re-activation, I logged on, look around.. and logged off shaking my head as to why I ever thought it was good.

I guess its all the bright multi-spectral colours which DO make for good effects, but when you actually look at the models, the animation.. they look like cardboard cut outs.

as for the water effects, sky effects and general landscape.. oh dear *cringe*..

and the sounds, aarrggg.. activate superspeed for any lenfth of time = migraine.

as for the admins... they will delete you character if the character name even closley resembles any famous person or character with no warning!.. and if someone makes a complaint about you, even if its fabricated, you will be banned.. no questions asked, no appeals nothing .. thats it! you cant even send in a technical support ticket or complain on the forums because your account is all linked into it.. and you are litereally banned from everything! (even making a support ticket)

The forums for CoH's are all central and monitored by the game developers themselves, not fansites like Guru.. so if you make ANY negative comments about CoH on their forums your post is deleted with a chance of a game ban also!

anyone that tells you that CoH / CoV is better is lying!!!
